Rodri

As Manchester City's midfielder, Rodri has recently shared his thoughts on the ongoing race for the 2024 Ballon d'Or.

The Spanish international openly admitted that while there's noticeable momentum encouraging him towards winning the Ballon d'Or, he personally doesn't dwell on the notion of securing the prestigious accolade.

Rodri was honored to be listed among the 30 nominees for this year’s Ballon d'Or.

In a media briefing before Manchester City's Champions League match against Inter Milan, Rodri reflected on his recent successes.

He expressed his deep gratitude for his achievements, including Manchester City's triumphs and winning the Euros with Spain, which he described as "a dream come true."

Rodri acknowledged that his hard work, consistency, and perseverance have led to this recognition.

However, he emphasized that while people are recognizing his efforts and suggesting he could win the Ballon d'Or, he remains focused on his performance rather than the individual prize.
