It looks like Kylie Jenner and Jordyn Woods are rekindling their friendship.
On Saturday, September 7, Jenner and Woods were spotted filming a TikTok video with Stassie Karanikolaou, one of Jenner's close friends. The video, which featured Jenner lip-syncing to her sister Kim Kardashian's introduction to their family show *The Kardashians*, gave off vibes that they might be ready to leave their past issues behind. Jenner mouthed, “Okay guys, we’re back,” while Woods playfully asked, “Did you miss us?” Karanikolaou chimed in with, “'Cause we missed you.”
A New TikTok Clip
Woods also shared a TikTok clip featuring the trio, all dressed in black. In the video, they lip-sync to Ariana Grande’s 2020 hit “34+35,” with the lyrics “You might think I’m crazy” echoing as they smiled at the camera.
The last time Jenner and Woods were seen together publicly was in July 2023 when they were photographed leaving a restaurant in Los Angeles.
From Best Friends to Estranged
This reunion is notable given their very public falling-out over five years ago. Jenner and Woods were inseparable until February 2019, when allegations surfaced that Woods had been involved with Khloé Kardashian's then-boyfriend, Tristan Thompson
At the time, a source told PEOPLE that while Jenner was deeply affected by the situation, she wasn’t quick to make any rash decisions regarding Woods. Woods had previously lived with Jenner and spent nearly every day with her, especially while Jenner was keeping her pregnancy with Stormi, now 6, a secret.
The Public Fallout
In 2019, during an appearance on Jada Pinkett Smith’s *Red Table Talk*, Woods claimed that Thompson had kissed her at a party but denied any further involvement
Despite the drama, Jenner revealed in a November 2023 Interview Magazine feature with Jennifer Lawrence that she and Woods had kept in touch over the years. Jenner mentioned that they would meet up privately and talk things through.
Moving Forward
Jenner reflected on their journey, saying, "We never fully cut each other off, and one day, naturally, we were like, we want to get sushi and we don’t want to hide anymore.” She also shared that their separation was necessary for personal growth, stating, "There’s a learning lesson in everything, and I think that in a weird way, everything happens how it’s supposed to happen. We were so attached at the hip that we needed space to grow into the people that we were supposed to be."
Jenner’s openness about their friendship’s evolution highlights the complex nature of their relationship and the personal growth that came with it.
